Welcome to Grosvenor Park Townhouse Condominiums

Residents of our community can walk to the Metro, catch a bus, or easily access I-495, the Beltway, and I-270. Stores and some of the areas finest shopping malls are within a 5-7 minute drive. And, best of all our park-like setting and friendly residents make coming home a great getaway at the end of a busy day.

Security Notice

Please review the following reminders to help prevent crime in the community:

  • NEVER keep valuables in your vehicle, even if they are not visible.
  • Lock all car doors and close windows. Any deterrent will lessen the chance that a car thief will target your car. Make sure you double-check to make sure your car is locked
  • Keep the front lights of your home on all night long. The brighter our community, the less attractive we’ll be to criminals. Consider motion-sensor lights in the rear of your home, to prevent light from disturbing your neighbors. Every resident plays a key role in lighting up our community. Installing an inexpensive timer makes it simple and easy to keep the lights burning. And did you know that, on average, it costs just pennies a day to keep a front light on at night? The benefit provided far outweighs the minimal increase in your electric bill.

Please be aware that GPTC does not allow large wooden "for sale" signs in the community.

Acceptable signs are small metal signs. Signs may also be placed inside the windows and on the steps of the unit.

No large flags, oversize balloons/animated directional signs are permitted.
